Introduction
Smt C. K. Goyal Arts and Commerce college is a degree college affiliated to the
Savitribai Phule Pune University. Away from the din & bustle of Pune in a shady retreat and
close to P.W.D. office in Dapodi, it is easily accessible by any mode to transport.
The college tries to impart quality education and instill discipline among its students,
Fostering basic values of life and encouraging and overall growth of our students is our
primary concern.
The college was established in June l986 and it started with both Arts and
Commerce faculties. Initially it was only an under graduate centre, but in l993 the post
graduate courses were also introduced MA. in Marathi and M.Com.
Smt C. K. Goyal has achieved good reputation mainly due to the young, enterprising and
qualified staff, the fairly well-equipped laboratories and a reasonably good library The
performance of our students in the University exams has been praiseworthy. Our
college has also produced several national and state level players. In addition, our
students have also won prizes and laurels in co-curricular activities. The special
feature of our college is expert guidance, individual attention and regular periodical
assessments.
